Glaze for Baked Ham or Corned
This is a delicious savory yet sweet glaze
for your baked ham or corned beef.

1/4 cup peach syrup (use jar or canned
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbl Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tsp prepared mustard of your choice
Combine all ingredients and bring to just a boil. About
1/2 hour before the meat is done, pour over the entire roast and baste about
every 10 minutes thereafter.
