Gelatin Salad
All of my aunts used to be big on having a
gelatin salad at our family picnics. Below are several types. Enjoy!

2 3-oz. or 1 6-oz. box of gelatin
When preparing, decrease water to 1 1/2 cups boiled water.
The recipes below are only ideas of ingredients to add to accompany the color.
You can also add 1/2 cup mayonnaise for a creamy taste and color.
Green Gelatin
Lime gelatin
chopped celery
pineapple (canned only!)
pimento |
Orange Gelatin
Orange, Peach or Mango gelatin
shredded carrots
chopped celery
mandarin orange segments |
Yellow Gelatin
Lemon gelatin
chopped celery
shredded carrots
