Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Thank you to my friend, BK, for asking me
to include this recipe. What a wonderful bond of hard pretzels and
luscious
chocolate. Bet you can't eat just one!!! Enjoy!

Pretzels of your favorite kind (stick, twist, small or
large
2 cups confectioner's sugar
3 Tbl margarine or butter, softened
2 Tbl unsweetened cocoa (use more for a dark chocolate taste)
2 to 4 Tbl half and half
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Waxed paper
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients until
smooth. Generously frost the pretzels on one side or the whole thing. Lay out
on waxed paper to firm, then chill.
