Basic Stuffing       Boy and Turkey

Here is a basic recipe for stuffing, or dressing as it's called in some parts of the country.  You'll find it a moist and flavorful crowd pleaser.  For an even more moist dressing, add 1/4 cup chicken broth.  Enjoy!

Your Host,  Brad

1/4 pound butter
4 Tbl finely chopped onion
4 Tbl finely chopped celery
4 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Salt to taste
