Green Bean Casserole  String Beans

I think everyone has had this casserole at one time or another.  A well known comfort food that you can never go wrong with.  Enjoy!

Your Host,  Brad

2 packages frozen french-cut string beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup (type of your choice)
1/2 can milk or 3/4 can half and half
Durkee's Onion Rings
Salt and Pepper

Defrost string beans until well drained.  Place in large bowl.  Mix the can of cream of mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk or 1/2 and 1/2.  Add to string beans and mix well.  Place in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.   Spread a full layer of the onion rings over top and place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes.  You may brown onion rings by turning on broiler but WATCH THEM CLOSELY!  They do catch on fire (believe me).
