1 can crab meat
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tbl chili sauce
2 Tbl lemon juice

3 or 4 avocados
2 Tbl lemon juice
Mix the crab meat, celery, mayonnaise,
chili sauce, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Split the avocados,
remit the pits, sprinkle avocado halves with 2 tablespoons lemon juice and stuff with the
crab mixture.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates with
crackers.
