Chili Con Queso
(Chili With Cheese)
An excellent dip for tortilla chips or your favorite cracker. Adjust the
"fire power" by the amount of green chilies you include. Salud!
Your Host, Brad
1 onion, finely chopped
2 Tbl mayonnaise
1 2-pound box Velveeta® Cheese
1 8-ounce can evaporated milk
1 8-ounce can green chilies, diced
In a medium saucepan fry the onion in the mayonnaise. Add
the cheese slowly until melted. Add the milk and then the chilies.
To reheat, place in a double boiler and heat slowly.
