COCONUT CAKE

Submitted by: Kay in Louisville, Ohio

Melt a stick of margarine in a 9x13 cake pan. Don't let it brown. Sprinkle a bunch of coconut over the melted margarine.

Prepare a white cake mix per directions and carefully pour over the coconut
Bake to directions. Immediately pour one cup of cold milk over the hot cake. Let cool
completely. Cover with large cool whip and sprinkle on a bunch of more coconut. (toasted is nice - but not necessary).

Keep in fridge of course.

This was a winner in a local daily newspaper contest last year. Everyone LOVES it -
