Betty, your server tonightJanuary's
Blue Plate Special

It's the time of year that all of the festivities are over.  It's time toTwirling Snowperson get back to basics so I have prepared a Blue Plate Special to warm the soul and tempt the taste buds. The term "Blue Plate Special" is believed to have originated when diners served an inexpensive meal on white plates that had a blue band around them.  They were comfort foods that made you feel good.

Enjoy this New England style dinner.  Here you are folks, a meal just like Betty used to serve at the corner diner; sort of.  Enjoy!

Your Host,  Brad
